M-CAP Preceptors
THE MEDICAL COMMUNICATION ASSESSMENT PROJECT (MCAP) is a program aimed at assisting immigrant International Medical Graduates to increase their language proficiency, communication skills, and cultural understanding for entry into the medical profession.
M-CAP requires preceptors for the following:
M-CAP requires preceptors to observe participants conduct medical interviews and to provide feedback on their clinical and communication skills.
Preceptors are needed to observe cases from 12h45 to 16h00 on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons for the following dates:
February: 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
March: 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
Cases take place in MedSkills at the Health Sciences Centre, UofC.
Preceptors are provided with $450/session.
